Worked collaboratively with engineering team to define user requirements and provide subject matter expertise for debugging email rendering issues and user acceptance testing.
Created spec documents for send time widgets like Weather, Add to Calendar, Video, Charts, Countdown Timer.
Helped build out a module library of standardized HTML email components.
Created online documentation for users.
Worked closely with client teams to assess the requirements of branding and create JSON files to add that styling to any message.
Built out modular HTML to create email architectures that included clients most used messaging layouts, including Handlebars scripting in HTML modules to allow for complex layout options.
